Information you give us
When you send a quote request, we collect the details you type into the form: your name, phone number, vehicle, city, the services you pick, and anything else you write. If you call, text or email us, we receive the details you share that way too. We use this only to reply to you, give you a price, schedule and carry out the work, and keep ordinary business records. We do not sell your information.
Quote requests are handled by Netlify, our website host, and delivered to our email. Our email is hosted by Google Workspace.
Advertising and the Meta Pixel
We run ads on Facebook and Instagram. To measure those ads and show them to people who may want mobile detailing, this site can use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms, Inc. It is off by default. The first time you visit, a notice asks you to accept or decline. The pixel loads, and anything is sent to Meta, only if you choose Accept.
If you accept, Meta may receive information about your visit, including the pages you view, whether you submit a quote request, whether you tap a call or text link, your IP address, and your browser and device details. The pixel also sets Meta cookies on this site (_fbp and, if you arrived from a Meta ad, _fbc). Meta uses this information to measure and improve our ads and, under its own terms and privacy policy, for its own purposes, which can include showing you ads. We do not send Meta the contents of your quote request, such as your name, phone number, email or vehicle.
Your choices
- Choose Decline on the notice, or change your mind any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. Declining stops the pixel and deletes the Meta cookies this site set.
- Manage the ads you see in your Meta ad preferences.
- Learn how Meta handles data in the Meta Privacy Policy.
- Block or clear cookies in your browser settings.
Other services this site uses
- Google Fonts loads the site's typefaces, which means your browser contacts Google when a page loads.
- Google Maps (embedded maps on the home, contact and city pages) and OpenStreetMap with the Leaflet library (the service-area map) load from those providers when you view those pages, and they receive your IP address and browser details.
- Netlify hosts the site and may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested.
- Instagram and TikTok links take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
We also remember your light or dark mode choice and your cookie choice in your browser's local storage. That information stays on your device.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Your requests
To ask what we have about you, or to have us correct or delete it, contact us using the details above and we will respond promptly.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
